Cooperation in Administration Clause Samples

Cooperation in Administration. CBI shall provide to the Trustee upon request from the Trustee from time to time such information on a Participant's date of hire, age, years of service, compensation, death, elections, Designee, Beneficiary, and the form, payee, amount and commencement date of benefits under any Plan or Underlying Plan, as the Trustee may reasonably request to fulfill its obligations under this Trust Agreement.

Cooperation in Administration. The Parties agree to fully cooperate with one another to accomplish the terms of this Agreement, including but not limited to, execution of such documents and taking such other action as reasonably may be necessary to implement the terms of this Agreement. The Parties shall use their best efforts, including all efforts contemplated by this Agreement and any other efforts that may become necessary by order, suggestion, or recommendation of the Court, or otherwise, to effectuate this Agreement and the terms set forth herein. The Parties’ efforts to continue to cooperate and make all best efforts to obtain approval of this Agreement shall only cease after the Parties have exhausted all opportunities to amend or modify this Agreement, including seeking the assistance of the mediator, and the filing of any motions to obtain approval of this Agreement.

Cooperation in Administration. The Parties will cooperate in the administration process and to take all reasonable efforts to minimize the costs and expenses incurred in administration of the Settlement.
