Cooperation in Certain Matters. Executive agrees that, during the Employment Period and after the Termination Date, Executive will reasonably cooperate with the Company in any current or future or potential legal, business or other matters in any reasonable manner as the Company may request, including but not limited to meeting with and fully answering the questions of the Company or its representatives or agents, and in any legal matter testifying and preparing to testify at any deposition or trial; provided, however, that this Section 6(i) shall not apply with respect to any claims made against Executive arising out of this Agreement. The Company agrees to compensate Executive for any reasonable expenses incurred as a result of such cooperation. Should Executive be compelled to testify, nothing in this Agreement is intended or shall prohibit Executive from providing complete and truthful testimony.
