The Acquiring Fund agrees to take, or cause to be taken, all action, and do or cause to be done, all things reasonably necessary, proper or advisable to cause the conditions to the obligations of WM I and the Acquired Fund to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby to be met or fulfilled and otherwise to consummate and make effective such transactions.
