Continue the cooperation in promoting electronic signature certificates that comply with mutual recognition policies such as the “Certificate Policy for Mutual Recognition of Electronic Signature Certificates Issued by Guangdong and Macao” to ensure the security and reliability of cross-boundary electronic document signing and electronic transactions in respect of service and trade. 6. Capitalise on the advantages of the two places to promote the development of cross-boundary electronic commerce for key industries and bulk commodities. 7. Strengthen exchanges between the two places regarding cross-boundary data flow.
