Common use of Cooperation in Obtaining HUD Loan Clause in Contracts

Cooperation in Obtaining HUD Loan. In connection with Landlord’s efforts to obtain a HUD Loan, Tenant agrees to provide to HUD and/or Lender the application documents required by HUD (“Application Documents”) and to execute and/or certify all Application Documents, as required by HUD or Lender.
