Common use of Cooperation of City Clause in Contracts

Cooperation of City. City agrees to comply with all reasonable requests of Consultant and provide access to all documents reasonably necessary to the performance of Consultant’s duties under this Agreement. To the extent determined in the best public interest, in the sole discretion of City’s City Council, City shall be responsible for initially insuring, and continuing to review, local and state laws in City’s jurisdiction to assure adequate legal authority for Consultant to engage in the Services described herein on behalf of City.

Cooperation of City. The City agrees to comply with all reasonable requests of Consultant Company and provide access to all documents reasonably necessary to the performance of ConsultantCompany’s duties under this Agreement. To the extent determined in the best public interestThe City agrees to adopt, in the sole discretion of City’s City Council, City shall implement and enforce policies and procedures as may be responsible for initially insuring, and continuing to review, local and state laws in City’s jurisdiction necessary to assure adequate legal authority for Consultant City personnel perform the steps necessary to engage provide Company with a data base of inspection and/or permit businesses in a format acceptable to company and to perform the Services described herein on behalf inspections in a full and complete manner to facilitate the provisions of CityCompany Services.
