COOPERATION OF THE PARTIES WITH RESPECT TO ACTIONS AND THIRD PARTY CLAIMS. (a) Identification of Party in Interest. Any party to this Agreement that has responsibility for an Action or Third Party Claim shall identify itself as the true party in interest with respect to such Action or Third Party Claim and shall use its reasonable efforts to obtain the dismissal of any other party to this Agreement from such Action or Third Party Claim.
