Cooperation on Legal Matters. The Executive will, with reasonable notice during or after the Executive’s employment with the Company, furnish information as may be in his or her possession and, subject to reimbursement of any reasonable expenses incurred, will fully cooperate with the Company and its affiliates to the extent reasonably requested in connection with any claims or legal action in which the Business (as defined in Section II(E) below) or the Company or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively, the “Corporation”) is or may become a party.
