Cooperation; Other Documents. At all times following the execution of this Second Waiver Agreement, the Borrower, each U.S. Guarantor, and each European Subsidiary shall execute and deliver to the Bank, or shall cause to be executed and delivered to the Bank, and shall do or cause to be done all such other acts and things as the Bank may reasonably deem to be necessary or desirable to assure the Bank of the benefit of this Second Waiver Agreement and the documents comprising or relating to this Second Waiver Agreement.
