Common use of Cooperation; Other Documents Clause in Contracts

Cooperation; Other Documents. At all times following the execution of this Agreement, the parties hereto shall execute and deliver to the Lenders and the Agents, or shall cause to be executed and delivered to the Lenders and the Agents, and shall do or cause to be done all such other acts and things as the Lenders and the Agents may reasonably deem to be necessary or desirable to assure the Lenders and the Agents of the benefit of this Agreement (including the Amended and Restated Credit Agreement), the other Loan Documents and each other document relating to this Agreement.
