Cooperation Regarding Insurance. The Company and/or any of its subsidiaries, divisions or Affiliates may, from time to time, apply for and obtain, for its or their benefit and at its or their sole expense, key man life, health, accident, disability, or other insurance upon the Executive, in any amounts that it or they may deem necessary or desirable to protect its or their respective interests, and the Executive agrees to reasonably cooperate with and assist the Company or any such subsidiary, division or Affiliate in obtaining any and all such insurance by submitting to all reasonable medical examinations, if any, and by filling out, executing and delivering any and all insurance applications and other instruments as may be reasonably necessary to obtain such insurance.
