Common use of Cooperation; Return of Property Clause in Contracts

Cooperation; Return of Property. Employee agrees to reasonably cooperate with the Company and its counsel in connection with any investigation, administrative proceeding, arbitration or litigation relating to any matter that occurred during the Executive’s employment in which the Executive was involved or of which the Executive has knowledge. The Company will reimburse the Employee for any reasonable out-of-pocket travel, delivery or similar expenses incurred in providing such service to the Company. Employee represents that the Executive has returned to the Company all property belonging to the Company, including but not limited to any leased vehicle, laptop, cell phone, keys, access cards, phone cards and credit cards.

The Company Employer will reimburse the Employee for any reasonable out-of-pocket travel, delivery or similar expenses incurred in providing such service to the CompanyEmployer. Employee represents that the Executive he has returned to the Company Employer all property belonging to the CompanyEmployer, including but not limited to any leased vehicle, laptop, cell phone, keys, access cards, phone cards and credit cards, provided that the Executive may retain, and the Company shall cooperate in transferring, his cell phone number and any home communication and security equipment as well as his rolodex and other address books.
