Cooperation; Standing. Without limitation of Section 7.4(e) hereof, if a Party with the right to initiate legal proceedings under this Section 7.5(d) lacks standing to do so (or lacks the right under the BPCIA to do so) and the other Party has standing (or the sole right under the BPCIA) to initiate such legal proceedings, such Party with standing shall initiate such legal proceedings at the request and expense of the other Party.
