Cooperation to Facilitate this Settlement. The Parties agree that they shall work together in good faith to facilitate this Agreement, as well as undertake any required steps to effectuate the purposes and intent of this Agreement.
Cooperation to Facilitate this Settlement. The Parties: (a) acknowledge that it is their intent to consummate the settlement described in this Agreement; and (b) agree, subject to their fiduciary and other legal obligations, to cooperate and to use their reasonable best efforts to consummate the settlement described in this Agreement.
