Common use of Cooperation to Obtain Court Approval Clause in Contracts

Cooperation to Obtain Court Approval. The Parties will jointly take all reasonable steps necessary to secure the Court’s approval of this Settlement. Class Counsel will draft and file the motions for Preliminary Approval and Final Approval. Defendants’ Counsel will be provided with advance copies of these papers prior to filing, and may join the motions or file separate briefs in support of Preliminary and Final Approval of the Settlement.
