Cooperation with Charterer. The Owner Participant shall, to the -------------------------- extent reasonably so requested by the Charterer, cooperate with the Charterer, at the Charterer's expense, to enable the Charterer to make the filings and recordings listed in Schedule 3, including, without limitation, at any time and from time to time, upon the request of the Charterer promptly and duly executing and delivering, any and all such further instruments and documents as the Charterer may reasonably request in order to perform such covenants and to make such filings and recordings.
