Common use of Cooperation with CMS Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with CMS. The Parties acknowledge and agree that either Party's failure to cooperate with CMS or its designees may result in a referral of BlueLincs HMO and/or Group to law enforcement and/or implementation of other remedial action by CMS, including, without limitation, imposition of intermediate sanctions.
