Cooperation with Collateral Agent and Collateral Manager. The Administrative Agent and each of the Lenders agree to provide to the Collateral Agent or to the Collateral Manager, as applicable, such information that the Collateral Agent or the Collateral Manager may reasonably request from time to time in connection with the preparation and delivery of any reports required pursuant to this Agreement or in connection with the performance of their other duties under this Agreement or any other Transaction Document; provided that the Administrative Agent and each Lender shall not be required to assume any undue burden or incur any undue expense in connection with this Section 12.21.
