Cooperation with Demonstration Plant. Licensor acknowledges that there are a number of Improvements that could be made with respect to the design and fabrication of the Technology that will enable the Demonstration Plant to be more effective and that feedback from the initial start-up and operation of the Demonstration Plant may yield additional possibilities for design and fabrication Improvements. Licensor agrees that Licensor and AK shall cooperate with Covanta to work on any such Improvements to the Technology prior to AK completing the manufacturing of the System that is ordered for the Demonstration Plant, as well as following the delivery, start-up and operation of such System.
