Common use of Cooperation with Gaming Boards Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with Gaming Boards. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders agree to cooperate with all Gaming Boards in connection with the administration of their regulatory jurisdiction over the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including the provision of such documents and other information as may be requested by any such Gaming Board relating to Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or to the Loan Documents. The Borrower agrees to cooperate with Governmental Authorities that have regulatory jurisdiction over the Lenders in connection with this Agreement, including the provision of such documents and other information as may be requested by any such Governmental Authority relating to any Lender or this Agreement.

Cooperation with Gaming Boards. The Administrative Agent and the Lenders agree to cooperate with all Gaming Boards in connection with the administration of their regulatory jurisdiction over the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including the provision of such documents and other information as may be requested by any such Gaming Board relating to Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or to the Loan Documents. The Borrower agrees to cooperate with Governmental Authorities that have regulatory jurisdiction over the Lenders in connection with this Agreement, including the provision of such documents and other information as may be requested by any such Governmental Authority relating to any Lender or this Agreement.

The Administrative Agent Agent, Issuing Banks and the Lenders agree to to, at the request and expense of Borrower, commercially reasonably cooperate with all Gaming Boards in connection with the administration of their regulatory jurisdiction over the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, including the provision of such documents and other information as may be reasonably requested by any such Gaming Board relating to Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries or to the Loan Documents. The Borrower agrees to cooperate with Governmental Authorities that have regulatory jurisdiction over the Lenders in connection with this Agreement, including the provision of such documents and other information as may be requested by any such Governmental Authority relating to any Lender or this Agreement.

The Borrower agrees to cooperate with Governmental Authorities that have regulatory jurisdiction over the Lenders in connection with this Agreement, including the provision of such documents and other information as may be requested by any such Governmental Authority relating to any Lender or this Agreement.
