COOPERATION WITH INDEPENDENT PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS. Foreside shall cooperate with the Fund Company’s independent public accountants and shall take reasonable action to make all necessary information available to the accountants for the performance of such accountants’ duties.
COOPERATION WITH INDEPENDENT PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS. ALPS shall cooperate with the Fund’s independent public accountants and shall take reasonable action to make all necessary information available to the accountants for the performance of the accountants’ duties.

COOPERATION WITH INDEPENDENT PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS. Atlantic shall cooperate with the Trust’s independent public accountants and shall take reasonable action to make all necessary information available to the accountants for the performance of the accountants’ duties.

Foreside shall cooperate, and shall cause the PFO/Treasurer to cooperate, with the Fund’s independent public accountants and shall make, and shall cause the PFO/Treasurer to make, all necessary information available to the accountants for the performance of such accountants’ duties.
COOPERATION WITH INDEPENDENT PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS. Alaric shall cooperate with the Fund Company’s independent public accountants and shall take reasonable action to make all necessary information available to the accountants for the performance of such accountants’ duties.
