Fund Company definition

Fund Company means the company as described in the Memorandum, which issues the ETF Share.
Fund Company with respect to a Fund means the fund company specified in relation to the relevant Fund in the table in the definition of "Fund Share".
Fund Company and “Fund Companies” are defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • This Agreement may be terminated with respect to one or more Funds, or with respect to the entire Fund Company.

  • Upon the Effective Date, this Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and shall supersede all previous agreements between the parties, whether oral or written, relating to the Fund Company.
