Fund Company definition

Fund Company means the company as described in the Memorandum, which issues the ETF Share.

Fund Company with respect to a Fund means the fund company specified in relation to the relevant Fund in the table in the definition of "Fund Share".

Fund Company means (i) eQ Fund Management Company Ltd belonging to the eQ Plc Group, (ii) another fund management company belonging to the eQ Plc Group acting as the fund manager of the Issuer or (iii) a fund management company separately accepted by the Noteholders’ Agent in advance.

Examples of Fund Company in a sentence

• This Agreement may be terminated with respect to one or more Funds, or with respect to the entire Fund Company.

• Upon the Effective Date, this Agreement shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and shall supersede all previous agreements between the parties, whether oral or written, relating to the Fund Company.

Fund Company means SICO Funds Company III BSC (c) a joint stock company closed incorporated with limited liability under the laws of Bahrain to create and manage the Fund;

Fund Company means each registered investment company, individually and not jointly, that has signed this Agreement.

Fund Company means in relation to a fund any of the following companies –
