Common use of Cooperation with Other Members Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with Other Members. Each Member agrees to cooperate with the other Member, in providing such additional information and documentation on such Member’s legal or beneficial ownership, policies, procedures and sources of funds as any Member deems necessary or prudent to enable such Member to comply with Anti-Money Laundering Laws as now in existence or hereafter amended. From time to time upon the written request of any Member, each Member shall deliver to the other Member a schedule of the name, legal domicile address and jurisdiction of organization, if applicable, for such Member and each holder of a legal interest in such Member.
