Common use of Cooperation with Plan Medical Directors Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with Plan Medical Directors. PROVIDER understands contracting Plans will place certain obligations upon XXXXX regarding the quality of care received by Members and in certain instances Plans will have the right to oversee and review the quality of care administered to Members. PROVIDER agrees to cooperate with Plan(s)’ medical directors in the medical directors' review of the quality of care administered to Members.
