Cooperation with Servicers. The Titling Trust will furnish each Servicer with any powers of attorney and such other documents as have been prepared by such Servicer for execution by the Titling Trust as are necessary or appropriate to enable such Servicer to carry out its duties under the applicable Servicing Agreement.
