Common use of Cooperation with the Buyer Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with the Buyer. At the Buyer’s request, the Seller shall (a) cooperate with the Buyer and its representatives with respect to any insurance claims made or to be made by the Buyer or the Seller with respect to the Project and/or the Work; and (b), subject to Article 29, shall provide to the Buyer all reasonable information relating to such claims.
