Common use of Cooperation With the Charterer Clause in Contracts

Cooperation With the Charterer. The Indenture Trustee shall, to ------------------------------ the extent reasonably requested by the Charterer, cooperate with the Charterer, at the Charterer's expense, to enable the Charterer to perform the Indenture Trustee's covenants contained in Section 11.5 and to make the filings and recordings listed in Schedule 3, including, without limitation, at any time and from time to time, upon request of the Charterer promptly and duly executing and delivering any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as the Charterer may request in order to perform such covenants and to make such filings and recordings.
