Common use of Cooperation with the Company After Termination Clause in Contracts

Cooperation with the Company After Termination. Following termination of Executive’s employment for any reason, Executive agrees to reasonably cooperate with the Company in (a) all matters relating to the winding up of Executive’s pending work and the orderly transfer of any such pending work to such other employees as may be designated by the Company; (b) responding to requests by the Company for information concerning work performed by Executive during the period of Executive’s employment with the Company and with regard to any matters that relate to or arise out of the business of the Company during the period of his employment and about which Executive may have knowledge, (c) any investigation or review that may be performed by the Company or any government authority or in any litigation in which the Company may become involved. The Company will reimburse Executive for any reasonable travel and out of pocket expenses incurred by Executive in providing such cooperation.
