Common use of COOPERATION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AGENT OR THE LESSEE Clause in Contracts

COOPERATION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AGENT OR THE LESSEE. The Holders, the Lenders, the Lessor (at the direction of the Majority Secured Parties) and the Agent shall, at the expense of and to the extent reasonably requested by the Construction Agent or the Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities on account thereof and only to the extent such is acceptable to the Holders, the Lenders, the Lessor (at the direction of the Majority Secured Parties) and the Agent in their reasonable discretion), cooperate with the Construction Agent or the Lessee in connection with the Construction Agent or the Lessee satisfying its covenant obligations contained in the Operative Agreements including without limitation at any time and from time to time, promptly and duly executing and delivering any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto).
