Common use of COOPERATION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AGENT OR THE LESSEE Clause in Contracts

COOPERATION WITH THE CONSTRUCTION AGENT OR THE LESSEE. The Holders, the Owner Trustee (at the direction of the Holders) and the Agent shall, to the extent reasonably requested by the Construction Agent or Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities on account thereof), at the Construction Agent's or the Lessee's expense, cooperate with the Construction Agent or the Lessee in connection with its covenants contained herein including, without limitation, at any time and from time to time, upon the request of the Construction Agent or the Lessee, promptly and duly executing and delivering any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as the Construction Agent or the Lessee may reasonably request in order to perform such covenants.

The Holders, the Owner Trustee Lessor (at the direction of the Majority Holders) and the Agent shall, to the extent reasonably requested by the Construction Agent or the Lessee (but without assuming additional liabilities on account thereof), at the Construction Agent's or the Lessee's expense, expense cooperate with the Construction Agent or the Lessee in connection with its covenants contained herein including, including without limitation, limitation at any time and from time to time, upon the request of the Construction Agent or the Lessee, Lessee to promptly and duly executing execute and delivering deliver any and all such further instruments, documents and financing statements (and continuation statements related thereto) as the Construction Agent or the Lessee may reasonably request in order to perform such covenants.
