Common use of Cooperative Covenant Clause in Contracts

Cooperative Covenant. The parties agree to cooperatively develop and implement such joint advertising and marketing programs for the Casinos as they may mutually agree upon. In connection with the efforts of the parties under this Agreement, each party shall utilize such personnel, resources, skills, know-how and information, as it considers necessary and consistent with its internal policies. It is understood by the parties that the nature of this cooperative effort is such that results cannot be guaranteed and that these efforts are being performed on a best efforts basis.

Cooperative Covenant. In connection with the efforts of the parties under this Agreement, each party shall utilize such personnel, resources, skills, know-how and information, as it considers necessary and consistent with its internal policies. It is understood by the parties that the nature of this cooperative effort is such that results cannot be guaranteed and that these efforts are being performed on a best efforts basis.
