Cooperative Relationship. The City and the Construction Manager agree to proceed with the Project on the basis of trust, good faith and fair dealing, and shall take all actions reasonably necessary to perform this Agreement in an economical and timely manner, but without sacrificing quality. The City and the Construction Manager agree to consider design modifications and alternative materials or equipment if necessary to permit the Project to be constructed by the dates of Substantial Completion and Final Completion, as established by the mutually-agreed-upon Master Schedule attached hereto.

Cooperative Relationship. 9.1 Promptly upon execution of this Agreement, SCA and Restrac will work together to develop a ramp up plan, service scheduling procedure, a roll out plan and a marketing and promotion plan for the delivery of the Scanning Services. During the term of this Agreement, each party will cooperate fully in good faith in order to achieve the purpose of this Agreement, and will provide the other with a reasonable level of technical assistance and education on a continuing basis in order to ensure the successful delivery of the Scanning Services.
