Coordinating CouncilEach party agrees to work with the Coordinating Council of Broward, or the agreed upon designated entity as the same may exist from time to time, to better coordinate the sharing of non-confidential information as authorized by state and federal laws and regulations so long as the sharing of said information does not conflict with FERPA or the policies and procedures of the parties or with any agreements between the parties that are not part of this agreement.
Coordinating Council. There is hereby established at the Xxxxxxxx Community Schools, a Coordinating Council with the following conditions: A. The Council membership shall consist of three (3) members from the Association with the recommendation that at least one (1) member be from the negotiating committee and three (3) administrators.

Membership shall consist of one non-voting member of the Board from each participating district, the NECSS chief executive officer, and an additional staff member, as appropriate. Make recommendations concerning NECSS staff, policy, and procedure to the Board. 3. Review all reports and recommendations of committees prior to presentation to the Board. 4. Prepare agendas and special reports for Board meetings. 5. Interact with federal, state, and local officials as requested on behalf of the NECSS staff and/or Board. 6. Monitor the operational budget and expenditures of NECSS. 7. Maintain a coordinated recording system for all required federal and state data collection. 8. Accept other responsibilities as assigned by the Board.

Coordinating Council. An executive council of the Company shall be established as soon as reasonably practicable following the Closing Date and will consist of four members, two of which shall be designated by each of UEE and the Management Stockholders (the "Coordinating Council"). Coordinating Council. Should the Individual be appointed to serve as a Co-Chair or as a Cluster Representative or Alternate on the Coordinating Council, the Individual agrees to fulfill the responsibilities of that role as described in the Coordinating Council’s Terms of Reference.
Coordinating Council. A. A Coordinating Council shall be established for the purpose of advising the ROP Superintendent when deemed necessary and as required by the Governing Board. The Coordinating Council shall consist of the superintendent of each Participating District or his or her designee and two additional staff designees from each Participating District for a total of three Coordinating Council members per Participating District. Coordinating Council members are not entitled to compensation. The Governing Board may authorize reimbursement of expenses incurred by Representatives, or their alternates.
