Coordination of Dividends. Parent and Company shall coordinate with each other in designating the record and payment dates for any dividends or distributions to its stockholders, including a Tax Dividend, declared in accordance with this Agreement in any calendar quarter in which the Closing Date might reasonably be expected to occur.
