Coordination of Emergency Events. In case of an emergency due to interference, failure of traffic signal or utility systems, or any unforeseen events, Licensor will act to protect the public health and safety of its citizens, and to protect public and private property, notwithstanding any provision in this Agreement. Licensor will make every reasonable effort to coordinate its emergency response with Company. To that end, Licensor will use the following emergency contacts:
