Coordination of Stakeholders. OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE shall attempt to include all Project stakeholders in any given aspect of the Project as necessary and as directed by OWNER. OWNER’S REPRESENTATIVE shall attempt to keep all stakeholders current and fully informed of Project progress and help identify potential issues before they arise. Such coordination shall include the WWTP operator (GBRA).
