Common use of Coordination of Subcontracts Clause in Contracts

Coordination of Subcontracts. Contractor shall be responsible for the coordination of Subcontractors, Sub-subcontractors, Suppliers, the trade contractors, and materialmen engaged upon his/her Work. Contractor shall provide Subcontractors and its prospective Sub-subcontractors, manufacturers, material dealers or suppliers with complete information of pertinent contract requirements and all transactions therewith shall be through Contractor.
