Coordination, Oversight and Monitoring of Insurance Companies. As set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement between the Series and CRMC, CRMC shall coordinate, monitor and oversee the activities performed by the insurance companies that use the Funds in the Series as underlying investments in variable insurance contracts and polices. AFS shall monitor the insurance companies’ provision of services, including the delivery of contract holder account statements and all Series-related materials, including summary prospectuses and/or prospectuses, shareholder reports, and proxies.
