COORDINATION SUBMITTALS Sample Clauses

The Coordination Submittals clause requires contractors or project participants to provide documents that demonstrate how different systems, components, or trades will be integrated and coordinated within a project. Typically, this involves submitting drawings, schedules, or plans that show the spatial and functional relationships between various building elements, such as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. By mandating these submittals, the clause helps prevent conflicts, overlaps, or installation issues, ensuring that all parties are aligned and that the project proceeds smoothly without costly rework or delays.
