COP Negotiations Clause Samples
The COP Negotiations clause outlines the procedures and expectations for parties involved in negotiations at a Conference of the Parties (COP) under an international agreement. It typically specifies how parties will communicate, coordinate, and make decisions during the negotiation process, including timelines, representation, and the handling of proposals or amendments. This clause ensures that all parties have a clear framework for engagement, promoting transparency and efficiency in reaching consensus or resolving disputes during COP sessions.
