Common use of Copies; Continuing Obligations Clause in Contracts

Copies; Continuing Obligations. Each party agrees not to copy or record any of the Confidential Information of the other party, except as reasonably necessary to exercise its rights or perform its obligations under the Agreement, and for archival and legal purposes. Subject to the exclusions listed in Section 8.4, the Parties’ confidentiality obligations under the Agreement will survive termination of the Agreement and will continue for a period of three (3) years thereafter.
