COPIES OF AGREEMENT WITH WARRANT AGENT. A copy of this Agreement, as such may be amended from time to time, shall be available for inspection by any Warrant Holder at the office of the Warrant Agent, as designated in Section 6.07, during normal business hours. As a condition of such inspection, the Warrant Agent may require any such Warrant Holder to submit his or her Warrant Certificate for inspection.
