Copies of Amendments or Supplements. Prior to filing with the Commission any amendment to the Registration Statement or amendment or supplement to the Pricing Disclosure Package or the Prospectus, any document incorporated by reference in the Pricing Disclosure Package or the Prospectus, any amendment to any document incorporated by reference in the Pricing Disclosure Package or the Prospectus or any prospectus pursuant to Rule 424(b) of the Rules and Regulations, to furnish a copy thereof to the Representatives and counsel for the Underwriters and not to file any such document to which the Representatives shall reasonably object promptly after having been given reasonable notice of the proposed filing thereof unless, in the judgment of counsel to the Issuers, such filing is required by law.
