Copies of any Amendments and Supplements to a Prospectus Supplement. The Company will furnish the Placement Agent, without charge, during the period beginning on the date hereof and ending on the end of the Prospectus Delivery Period, as many copies of the Incorporated Documents (other than any such document that is filed with the Commission electronically via XXXXX or any successor system) and any Prospectus Supplement and any amendments and supplements thereto (including any Incorporated Documents, if any other than any such document that is filed with the Commission electronically via XXXXX or any successor system) as the Placement Agent may reasonably request.
