Copies of Environmental Reports. Seller shall provide Company with a copy of any and all environmental assessments, audits, studies and reports regarding Seller’s past or current activities on the Company-Owned Site or the environmental condition of the Company-Owned Site within 30 Days of Seller’s receipt of such materials. Seller shall be obligated to provide Company with a copy of such materials without regard to whether they are generated by Seller or prepared for Seller, or how Seller comes into possession of such materials.
