Common use of Copies of Environmental Reports Clause in Contracts

Copies of Environmental Reports. Within thirty (30) days of receipt thereof, Tenant shall provide Landlord with a copy of any and all environmental assessments, audits, studies and reports obtained by Tenant regarding Tenant’s activities with respect to the Premises, or ground water beneath the Land, or the environmental condition or Clean-up thereof. Tenant may redact from any such reports such information regarding the confidential and proprietary research and processes of Tenant, provided that Tenant shall not redact information with respect to the identification of any Hazardous Substances. Tenant shall be obligated to provide Landlord with a copy of such materials without regard to whether such materials are generated by Tenant or prepared for Tenant, or how Tenant comes into possession of such materials, provided that Tenant shall have no responsibility for the accuracy thereof.
