Copies of Mortgage Files. Upon the reasonable request of the Trustee, the Master Servicer, the Certificate Insurer or the Depositor, the Custodian shall provide to the Trustee, the Master Servicer, the Certificate Insurer or the Depositor, as the case may be, copies of the documents which constitute the Mortgage Files. The Trustee shall pay all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by the Custodian in preparing such copies, which shall be in accordance with the Custodian's then-current fee schedule.
