Common use of Copies of Notices and Reports Clause in Contracts

Copies of Notices and Reports. The Borrowers shall promptly deliver to the Administrative Agent copies of each of the following: (a) all reports that Holdings transmits to its security holders generally, (b) all documents that any Group Member files with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., any securities exchange or any Governmental Authority exercising similar functions, (c) all press releases not made available directly to the general public, and (d) any material document transmitted or received pursuant to, or in connection with, any Contractual Obligation governing Indebtedness of any Group Member, which in the case of clauses (a) and (b) are not publicly available on XXXXX.
