Common use of Copies of Notices and Reports Clause in Contracts

Copies of Notices and Reports. The Borrower shall promptly deliver to the Administrative Agent copies of each of the following: (a) except to the extent publicly filed, all reports that Holdings transmits to its security holders generally, and (b) except to the extent publicly filed, all material documents that any Group Member files with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc., any securities exchange or any Governmental Authority exercising similar functions.
