Common use of Copies of Notices Clause in Contracts

Copies of Notices. The Administrative Agent shall deliver to each Bank a copy of any notice sent to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent in connection with the performance of its duties as the Administrative Agent hereunder; and the Administrative Agent shall deliver to each Bank a copy of any notice sent to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower in connection with any Default or Event of Default hereunder.
